We have a limited selection of original prints made by Imogen Cunningham  in her darkroom. As the family archive of her work, these photographs came directly from her personal collection. We offer these works with an impeccable and documented provenance.

On the verso of many prints are her printing notes, address stamp, or other notations in her hand. The Imogen Cunningham Trust received these prints as part of the transfer of Imogen's photographic assets to her Trust. All original prints are accompanied by a hand letter-pressed Certificate of Authenticity from the Imogen Cunningham Trust, documenting the provenance of Imogen's work and history of that particular print.

Each print is accompanied by a hand letter-pressed Certificate of Authenticity from the Imogen Cunningham Trust, documenting the provenance of Imogen's work and history of each print. Each prnit is mounted and over-matted with archival museum techniques.

  • The focus of Imogen's work is wide - from early Pictorialist work, to her work during the f.64 period, to her own interest in hands, botanicals, artist portraits and also, experimentation within the photographic medium. We enjoy working with collectors of a singular work of Imogen's to others who are developing a body of work on a specific passion and focused subject matter.
