We hold the copyright to Imogen Cunningham's images and license rights for print, digital and commercial use. We include high resolution scans with all our agreements for no additional fee.

(Please note that while other institutions may offer to sell you a scan of a Cunningham image, they do not hold the copyright nor have the authority to license the image for your use.)

For publication requests, do send us as much information as possible: 

• Publisher / Author
• Title
• Publication date
• Print run
• Image size and location in publication

For commercial or exhibition marketing and promotional use please contact us and desribe your intended use of the image.
