Shipping and Returns

  • Returns

We can accept returns within 7 days of receipt

Of course, if you have received the print and there is shipping damage, we will replace or refund the print right away. And if, within one week of arrival, you decide that the artwork is not a good fit for you, we will arrange a return at our cost. The print must be in the same condition as it arrived - not damaged in any way, not framed/unframed. In addition to the print and face of the print remaining in excellent condition, the verso mat must not be marred, dinged or marked.

Before returning a print please contact Meg at meg@imogencunningham.comWe cannot accept a return without first being contacted by you. Please contact us for your pre-paid shipping labels and packing instructions. The print must be returned in the shipping boxes that it arrived in, exactly as it was packed, so do keep the boxes and all the packaging for a week. If you do not have the original box, we will send you one.

    SHIPPING THE PRINT

We fully insure every shipment and if there is any damage whatsoever the print is fully insured. Our prints are double boxed and bubble wrapped with internal support and reinforcement to prevent shipping damage.

We ship prints via Federal Express Air Express or with an International Art Shipping Service. We do require a signature for the prints upon arrival so be sure that you or another adult will be at your shipping address to accept the package when it arrives. You will be notified of the progress of the shipment through the airmail tracking system. If you have another shipping method you would prefer, just let us know and we will let you know if we can ship with this method.

    WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PRINT

Please inspect your purchase when it first arrives for any damage that might have occured during shipment. If there is evidence of exterior damage to the shipping carton and the delivery person is present, ask them to note it on their delivery manifest and request a damage claim form. Should it be necessary for you to submit a damage claim the notation on the manifest may prove to be very helpful.

If there is any damage to the package, still accept the package  -- do not refuse delivery. And contact us right away. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc.) as the shipper/insurer will need to inspect not only the print but the packaging as well.  We are fully insured for the cost of the print in shipment, but that of course does not insure that we can actually replace unique prints; just that the print will be insured for the value of the work.
