WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH THE ARTWORK
Of course, if you have received the print and there is shipping damage, we replace or refund the print right away.
And if, within one week of arrival, you decide that the artwork is not a good fit for you, we will arrange a return at our cost. The print must be in the same condition as it arrived - not damaged in any way, not framed/unframed, and the verso mat must not be marred, dinged or marked.
TO RETURN A PRINT
Before returning a print please contact Meg at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot accept a return without first being contacted by you. Please contact us for your pre-paid shipping labels and packing instructions. The print must be returned in the shipping boxes that it arrived in, exactly as it was packed, so do hold onto the boxes and all the packaging for a week.
